Every time I purchase your products, this is monthly. Your payment system is like pulling teeth, weather I sign in ad a guest or login my account or weather... am paying directly with a card or using pay pal your system just locks up and goes round and round . I go through multiple attempts and it takes over 20 minutes. This does not matter what phone I use and that has been currently going on for a couple years, I never had problems like this on any other online purchases I make
