I went to the doctor about a few months ago, and apparently my Vitamin D levels were depleted in my blood. My physician recommended that I take this supplement instead of taking a prescribed drug. I have to look into more of what the Vitamin K does for me in this product, but the benefits of the Vitamin D-3 are great. My doctor said that my Vitamin D levels are in the optimal range now.

Felt energized on my work it's says don't take it with caffeine but I still did and felt really strong wouldn't recommend to anyone that can't tolerate caffeine

Pretty good. I got the churros flavor cause I haven't seen that for a protein before. Reminds me of the churros I get at costco. Mixes well and tastes good.

Been taking this since 2021 as the main hitter every day up until summer 2024 where I added like 20 preworkouts into rotation. Mesomorph is still one of my favorites along with amp3d, although I really wish they would put the Senegalia back!!! V3 was forsure better than V4

Was definitely sweating a good bit after taking this. Love the Senegalia in this, I haven't had this since Mesomorph V3 I hate that they took it out. That's the nice euphoric good feeling you get.
