The blk container Wicked has a different euphoric lvl of intensity. Took 2 scoops, which is the serving size, but maybe take 1 scoop first to assess your tolerance lvl. BTW, experienced lifter, supplement taker at 70 inches 238 lbs 10% bf lvl. I like the other pre-workout in this stack, overall a great deal.

I went to the doctor about a few months ago, and apparently my Vitamin D levels were depleted in my blood. My physician recommended that I take this supplement instead of taking a prescribed drug. I have to look into more of what the Vitamin K does for me in this product, but the benefits of the Vitamin D-3 are great. My doctor said that my Vitamin D levels are in the optimal range now.

Felt energized on my work it's says don't take it with caffeine but I still did and felt really strong wouldn't recommend to anyone that can't tolerate caffeine
