Aloe Vera is good for a number of different things ,such as coating and relaxing and healing the gut. The ready-to-drink juice is tremendously expensive, probably because of the weight of the containers and the shipping costs. This concentrate puts an end to that issue. The price is the best I've found anywhere, so far. Just add 1/8 teaspoon to some water, as stated in the instructions and it is instantly Aloe Vera juice. I would highly recommended this for price and quality.
