How Do I Take Convict Stim Pre?

Suggested Dosage and Directions:

• Original Convict: As a dietary supplement, take one (1) to two (2) scoop (s) with 8-12 ounces of water, thirty (30) minutes prior to training. We recommend one (1) scoop for beginner to intermediate users and two (2) scoops for advanced users only.
• Convict 2.0: Mix one (1) scoop with 12-16 ounces of water 30 minutes before your workout. Start with half (1/2) scoop to gauge your tolerance. Do not exceed the recommended dosage in a 24-hour period.
