How Do I Take It?

Suggested Dosage and Directions:

New users may wish to asses tolerance with one half (1/2) scoop. Mix one (1) scoop of either Mesomorph or Dust X in 8-10 oz. of water 30 minutes before working out.

Do not combine pre workouts. Do not exceed 1 scoop. Do not take both pre workouts in one day.
