As a dietary supplement, mix one scoop of Dr. Jekyll Pre-Workout™ with 8 oz. (240mL) of cold water. Consume 15 to 30 minutes before exercise. Do not take any other products that contain caffeine or any other stimulants while taking Dr. Jekyll Pre-Workout.
