I say be careful because if you are not used to this fiber be careful. Don't plan a road trip, ride on the train to work or not being able to get to the restroom without a moments notice. This is the greatest cleanout product I have ever used. Once your body gets used to it your nickname could be mr. Or mrs. Regular from that point forward. Get this product.

Good source of fiber. Stick to one scoop, use a shaker bottle to mix, and drink it quickly. This is not something to sip leisurely, as the texture will change. When I drink it as soon as I finish shaking it, it is not lumpy or thick. I drink it first thing in the morning.

How do I take Fiberlyze?

Suggested Dosage and Directions:

Mix 1 scoop in 8 oz of water 1-2 times daily. Note: mix this product in at least 8 ox of water. Not doing so may result in a choking hazard. Do not take if you have difficulty swallowing.

New users: Start with 1/2 scoop, then gradually increase to 1 full scoop 1-2 times per day.
