The two-stage bi-layer melatonin promotes natural restful sleep in immediate and sustained release.† The immediate release layer releases 3mg of Melatonin. Then the sustained release layer releases 7mg of Melatonin to keep you asleep. The Cyclosome Melatonin is much more Bioavailable.
