Excellent Appetite SuppressionThis actually works for appetite suppression, plus bonus points for concentration and focus! I'm extremely sensitive to stimulants, so I only take one, mid-morning. It works wonders to basically kill my appetite for 10 hours. The Good: 1. It genuinely works for appetite suppression 2. Also provides a sense of focus and concentration 3. Doesn't leave me *completely* tweaked out 4. No side effects like headaches The Bad (for me): 1. It doesn't leave me completely tweaked out, but it does leave me pretty hyped up throughout the day. I have a history of insomnia even without using any stimulants. Even just taking one in the morning makes it hard for me to sleep on my own. I have to ensure that I am practicing good sleep hygiene and also taking some additional supplements to get adequate sleep. 2. If you don't care, you're gonna crash hard. By take care, I mean you need to ensure you're getting adequate calories and nutrition. I find it so easy to skip meals on this, but if I am not intentional about making sure to get a low calorie protein shake every 4 hours instead, by end of the day my blood sugar is low. I'm Shakey and the amazing concentration I get from this fades I to a racing mind and exhaustion. Keep eating people, and make it healthy. 3. If you have a history of mental illness, this might not be for you. That crash I mentioned above, it's not just physical. I noticed that after taking a break after several days in usage, I seemed to have lost all sense of internal motivation and my mood was low. That can be very dangerous. I've managed by cycling through this. My sweet spot seems to be two days in this, one day off on a day that won't be too stressful. On my off days I take l mon balm and GABA to keep my mood level.

Sweet ScienceClean , sweet science ! Compared to other fat burners that are loaded with stims and feel like nothing more than a dirty drug. Really good energy and focus. I’ll be honest I have had better appetite suppression from different products. However it still does the job for intermittent fasting. Very good product . Looking forward to trying high tech’s non-toxic Winstroll in a few months when I slim down.
