• It may be stacked with both Synedrex, Hydravax, and Thyrene. Just make sure to stay well hydrated and try each individually to test your tolerance and maintain a balanced diet.

Will this increase your blood pressure?

• According to Metabolic Nutrition, Insulean on its own will not increase blood pressure.

How Do I Take Insulean?

Suggested Dosage and Directions:

Due to the strength of InsuLEAN™, we recommend 1-2 capsules per meal containing 30 – 60 grams of carbs.

For meals contaning 75 – 150 grams or more, use 2-3 capsules.

Do not exceed 3 capsules per carbohydrate meal.
