What is Jack3d?

Jack3d is an intense powder pre workout.† In other words its an intense training aid enhanced with DMHA and Geranium. If you have been taking pre workouts for years and need a pre workout to give you alot of energy then, the new Jack3d is for you.†

If you are someone that is caffeine sensitive, you may still take Jack3d. It is just recommended that you start off with half a scoop first.

How Do I Take Jack3d?

Suggested Dosage and Directions:

Mix 1-3 scoops with 6-12 ounces of cold water and consume 1 serving daily. On exercise days, consume 30-60 minutes before resistance training.

Contents may settle. Shake container before each use. Store in a cool dry place to prevent clumping and discoloration. Do not exceed 3 scoops per day.

How many scoops of Jack3d should I take?

Assess your tolerance first by taking 1/2 scoop to 1 full scoop. After your tolerance as been assessed you can move up to two scoops. Advanced users who have a high stimulant tolerance can take 3 scoops.

How long does it take for Jack3d to kick in?

Depending on the user it may take 15-30 minutes to kick in.

Ingredients:

• Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate: may improve athletic performance, muscle growth, and nitric oxide production.†
• Creatine Monohydrate: has been shown to increase lean mass and improve explosive performance in exercise.†
• Beta Alanine: may help buffer lactic acid build up which can enhance stamina and reduce fatigue.†
• Caffeine: may increase energy and focus.†
• 2-Aminoisoheptane HCL aka DMHA: considered a DMAA-like stimulant.† May promote, energy, and focus.†
• Geranium Extract (stem and leaves): may aid in energy.† 
• Yohimbe Extract (bark)(Standardized for Yohimbine Alkaloids): may help to support sexual wellness, promote a healthy mood, and support metabolic function.†

• This thing is awesome! It gets you pumped up and gives you energy throughout the workout and I don’t feel a crash in the middle. I just take about scoop and a half. If you’re a big guy, you need more scoops haha. You sleep like a baby at night, unlike other preworkouts that give you insomnia.

• There is 135mg of caffeine per serving (scoop). This is the total caffeine content but, there is other stimulants in Jack3d besides caffeine.

Is this the original formula?

• No this is not. The old formula contain DMAA which has been banned. The new formula contains DMHA (2-Aminoisoheptane) and Geranium Extract instead.

Does Jack3d contain DMAA?

• No. It does not have DMAA.
