How Do I Take Kirkland Psyllium Fiber Powder?

Suggested Dosage and Directions:

Put one serving (1-2 rounded teaspoons) into an empty glass and fill the glass with 8 oz of water. Stir briskly and drink promptly. If the mixture thickens, add more water and stir. Take up to 3 times per day as necessary.
