• This is the BEST sleep aid I have ever used! I get sleepy within an hour and wake up refreshed. Sleep is VERY important to our health, and something I never really had a problem with before. • This stuff is the bomb. Amazon reminded me that I've ordered it six times! I've had trouble falling and staying asleep for at least 20 years and have even been prescribed sleeping pills which, although they do work, leave me feeling terribly drugged/groggy the next day. This Doxylamine Succinate (which is the generic form of Unisom) works like a charm -- I know by now that I'll be yawning my head off within 30 minutes of taking one tablet, and I'll stay asleep for at least 7-8 hours afterwards.
