• I was really happy with the price point here. Creatine has a lot of beneficial effects, as you probably know if you're reading this review, but this formulation also has a bit of Vitamin C. In small doses this supplement is fine. But if you use a loading phase where you're seeing 250+ of Vitamin C daily, take it well after you exercise because large amounts can blunt the beneficial effects of exercise. But you're taking this for creatine, and in that regard, I was happy with the product. Effective and safe.
