• I don't know what to say. Maybe my thyroid was sluggish... be aware that iodine isn't for everyone. That being said, I am FULL OF ENERGY and have lost a couple of pounds. Now I cut grains about a month ago (for health reasons- raw fruits veggies and fish are all I eat now) but I didn't see major weight loss until I added this for energy. It really accelerated the process.
