No more crampsI purchased the Magnesium Citrate, 400 Milligram for the issue I was having with feet/leg cramps that would literally wake me up and keep me up no matter what I tried. I have been taking the mag. citrate now for about 3 months. It took about two weeks for the mag. citrate to get into my system fully; once it did, I have not had any real cramp issue.

Beats restless legsThese magnesium caps do the trick! I have had restless leg/leg cramps for years, and someone turned me on to magnesium - Wow! What a difference. I can now tell if I don't take my magnesium at night. I like them because they are not combined with calcium. I recently learned that the two supplements should be taken separately, so I take calcium in the morning and magnesium at night.
