Mixed easily well and unflavored make this a win. I pair it with designer protein, also unflavored, for a near equal ratio slow absorbing low glycemic load meal.

I use this right before bed since it is a slow release/digest protein powder. It mixes up great in a blender but not in a shaker cup. Not flavored so it's great for making lots of different things. Can't beat the quantity for the price! GREAT deal!
