Just 1 drop -- NO more! -- in a cup of water per day to clear up viral, bacterial and fungal infections fast. But does not mess up intestinal flora as antibiotics do. DO NOT OVERDO, however if product is taken internally.

Can be diluted to 10 drops per 2 tbsp. (oz) of oil or distilled water for topical applications.

I purchased this oregano oil specifically to burn off a few unsightly moles I have had for many years. This brand of oregano is just as potent as the more expensive brands I've tried. It is doing a good job shrinking the mole slowly as it should. A word of caution to those that are just learning about oregano oil. It is a "hot oil" and therefore precautions must be taken. I surround the skin around the mole with fractionated coconut oil to prevent burns.

How do I use NOW Oregano Oil?

For aromatherapy use. For all other uses, carefully dilute with a carrier oil such as jojoba, grapeseed, olive, or almond oil prior to use. Please consult an essential oil book or other professional reference source for suggested dilution ratios.

After using essential oils, immediately close caps tightly to prevent any oxidation. For best results, please store our high-quality essential oils at room temperature and in the original bottle. You should avoid storing the oils near any kind of heat, which includes cabinets over stovetops, areas with direct sunlight, and areas with excessive humidity like bathrooms.

Warnings and Side Effects:

Not for internal or topical use at this strength; never use undiluted. Avoid contact with skin or eyes. Keep out of reach of children. If pregnant or nursing, consult your healthcare practitioner before using.
