My kids and I use this in the diffuser, I start it about 30 mins before bedtime and use 5 drops most nights. It has become a staple to our bedtime routine because the scent is relaxing, it is strong so start with 3 drops if you are sensitive to strong scents. My daughter who is almost as much of an insomniac as I am has taken to falling asleep in 15 minutes after lights out.

Mixed it with a carrier oil and rubbed it on my kids' feet before bed. They were all asleep within 15 mins. The one who normally stays up for hours was out in 10 mins. I'd also been having trouble falling asleep and was never asleep before 1am. I used it on my feet and was out by 10 and slept like a rock! The results have been about the same every night since!

I'm somewhat skeptical, I have to admit the first 2 days I felt rested didn't wake up or toss and turned that I know I usually do when I sleep. 3rd day I was sleepy when I went to work but in fairness I did get 1 hour less sleep. For the rest of the days I do feel well rested so I have to say I really do like it wan it works. Smells great smells Citrusy just don't add to many drops but smells great

How do I use NOW Peaceful Sleep Oil Blend?

For aromatherapy use. Create a room mister by adding 30 drops to 1 oz. of water in a spray bottle. Great for unwinding before a nap or for a good night’s sleep.

After using essential oils, immediately close caps tightly to prevent any oxidation. For best results, please store our high-quality essential oils at room temperature and in the original bottle. You should avoid storing the oils near any kind of heat, which includes cabinets over stovetops, areas with direct sunlight, and areas with excessive humidity like bathrooms.

Warnings and Side Effects:

Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Reacts strongly to sunlight and other sources of ultraviolet light. If pregnant or nursing, consult your healthcare practitioner before using.
