NOW Policosanol is a blend of long-chain fatty alcohols (LCFAs) derived from sugar cane.† LCFAs are naturally occurring plant waxes.† Studies indicate that these plant waxes may help to support cholesterol levels already within the normal range.† Natural color variation may occur in this product.

How Do I Take NOW Policosanol?

Suggested Dosages and Directions:

• 10mg: Take 1 capsule 1 to 2 times daily, preferably with food.
• 20mg: Take 1 capsule 1 to 2 times daily, preferably with food.
• 40mg: Take 1 capsule daily, preferably with a meal.

Store in a cool, dry place after opening.
