Highly RecommendOur family takes them as needed, and especially in the fall/winter to keep our immune systems boosted and healthy. They're tasteless and go down very easily, but can be broken up to make taking them easier.

Worked wellI take one of these in the morning with my regular daily vitamin. I believe it helps me absorb iron better. At a doctor visit I was pleased to discover that after taking the Vitamin C at 8am, my urine still contained Vitamin C at 4pm. The "sustained release" appears to be true.

Really worksI've been using this product for about 10 years and it works for me. The combination of C plus biflavonoids is a plus. And it's buffered and time released, also a definite plus. If you experience stomach problems with regular Vitamin C then try a buffered C to help alleviate those stomach problems. I would definitely recommend this product for those concerned about their health and aging issues.
