• Tried it twice so far. The surge of energy is intense and last well into the workout. It isn't a pre workout you can take and do a half-effort workout. You will be flying around. Lemon Lime flavor was really good.

How Do I Take Outrage Pre Workout?

Suggested Dosage and Directions:

RECOMMENDED USE: Shake container well before each use to prevent settling. Mix one level scoop with 8 oz of cold water and consume 30-45 minutes before your workout. Use only one serving within a 24-hour period. OUTRAGE may be stronger than other pre-workouts you have tried; never exceed one scoop. Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water throughout the day.

Do not consume caffeine or any stimulants from other sources, including but not limited to energy drinks, coffee, soda, dietary supplements or medications. Each serving contains 400 mg of caffeine, about as much as 2 cups of strong coffee. Consult your doctor prior to use if you are taking any medication or have been diagnosed with any medical condition. Immediately discontinue if you experience any side effects such as, but not limited to, rapid heartbeat or nauseousness. Discontinue 2 weeks prior to surgery. Never exceed the recommended dosage.
