How Do I Take Outrage Pre Workout?

Suggested Dosage and Directions:

RECOMMENDED USE: Shake container well before each use to prevent settling. Mix one level scoop with 8 oz of cold water and consume 30-45 minutes before your workout. Use only one serving within a 24-hour period. OUTRAGE may be stronger than other pre-workouts you have tried; never exceed one scoop. Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water throughout the day.

Do not consume caffeine or any stimulants from other sources, including but not limited to energy drinks, coffee, soda, dietary supplements or medications. Each serving contains 400 mg of caffeine, about as much as 2 cups of strong coffee.
