- So I want to start with a precaution, Yohimbine is the real deal. I probably did a good 6ish hours of research reading on it and pondering whether I should even try it from the "side effects". I'm going to start this review off with the best description I can give you of what it actually feels like to take yohimbine and why some people describe Yohimbine the way they do. Ok so as someone with high anxiety, I feel like I'm a good person you might relate to if you are hesitant on this supplement. So what does it actually feel like when you take Yohimbine? Adrenaline, and lots of it. Taking Yohimbine made me feel the exact same way I feel everytime I feel before a fight. It's an extremely euphoric feeling but it can make people extremely nervous if they are not used to this feeling. Before you get into a fight, your heart starts pumping harder and faster, you become more focused and you get this nervous energy (best way I can explain it) which can make some people feel like superman and some people scared (adrenaline is a fight or flight response) so this is what it exactly does to you when it's working properly. Also, it makes you sweat quite a bit too as well as increase overall body temperature. I can now see/understand what people were talking about how this could cause a panic attack, but if you've read what I wrote on what it does to you, but it's one of my favorite supplements now. I feel incredible while taking this, but I also love that very focused adrenaline pumping feeling. Another way I can describe it is when you drink too much energy drinks and it makes you a bit nervous and gets your heart pumping, very similar except with Yohimbine it also heats you up and you get more focused. The results are pretty much what everyone tells you, it's one of the only fat burners that actually works to a substantial degree. I'm adding Yohimbine to my fatloss supplements for good now.
