• The Two supplements worked fine after my pre workout had settled in. The Rocket Pop had a flavor that was not too strong but was perfect to have a taste of on and off. Definitely could keep going with this. Pink lemonade I found was more of a smooth flavor but found the taste to be more airy, but made up for it with a clean break down and no gritty texture. Overall would not use before my pre workout but for the rigorous workouts I have definitely needed and will purchase again.
