• Started taking two weeks ago, I have seen a lot better recovery time and not as sore for as long. I take two in the morning when I wake and two after my workout and one before bed. I sleep so much better and deeper. I changed from two before bed to one because I couldn’t get going in the morning as fast (hard to wake up).
