I really like these, since I have been taking them I seem to be in a better mood. I also seem to be more focused doing my day to day tasks. I did try other brands but they did not seem to have any effects compared to Puritan's Pride brand. I will stick with what works and this brand does.

KSM-66 is the only ashwagandha I’ll buy. Effectively takes the edge off of anxious feelings. I take one in morning and one in evening. Never upsets my stomach.
