How Do I Take Kaged Muscle Re Kaged Protein?

As a dietary supplement, mix one scoop of Re Kaged Protein  in 8 – 12 ounces of water. Take one serving of Re Kaged Protein upon rising in morning and one serving of Re Kaged Protein immediately post workout. For maximum results consume two servings of Re Kaged Protein per day on training days. For non-training days consume one serving of Re Kaged Protein upon rising in morning and one serving of Re Kaged Protein mid-day between meals.
