Domestic Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Same-Day Shipping: All in-stock orders placed before 3 PM EST (Monday through Friday) are shipped the same day. All in-stock orders placed before 1 PM EST Saturday are shipped the same day. Orders placed after this period or on holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Address Requirements: Please ensure that all shipping addresses are entered in English, without any special or accented characters.
  • Gate Codes & Special Instructions: If a gate code is required for delivery, or if you have any special requests or instructions regarding your order, please include them in the "Add Comments about your order" section during checkout.

Flat-Rate Shipping Methods and Costs

  • Free Shipping: Available for US orders over $69.
  • Flat-Rate Shipping: $5.95, with an average transit period of 3-7 business days.
  • FedEx 2-Day Weekday Flat Rate: $8.75.

Delivery Estimates

The estimated delivery window starts from the time your carrier picks up your order and is calculated in business days (excluding weekends). Please note that any delivery date provided at the time of purchase is an estimate and not a guarantee.

Track Your Order

As soon as our warehouse ships your order, we will send you an email notification to let you know your package is en route. This email will include a link to track the delivery.

Tracking numbers may take up to 24-48 hours to update on the carrier's website once the shipment has been created by our system.

Holiday Shipping Schedule

Please note that Same Day Supplements observes all major US holidays. Orders placed on holidays will be processed the next business day. During holidays, shipping carriers may also experience delays due to limited operations. We recommend placing orders in advance to avoid any potential disruptions.

Additional Policies

Weather-Related Delays

We cannot control weather conditions. Once a package is shipped, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier to navigate through any weather-related disruptions. Refunds cannot be issued due to weather delays, but we will work with you to gather updates from the carrier.

Fraud Prevention

To protect both our customers and our business, Same Day Supplements uses a third-party fraud prevention service to monitor all incoming transactions. If your order is flagged for potential fraud, additional verification may be required before your order is shipped.

In-Stock vs. Out-of-Stock Items

If a product shows as "In Stock," it will generally ship the same day (if ordered before 3 PM EST) or the next business day. If a product is marked as "Out of Stock," you can subscribe to stock alerts, and we will notify you via email when the item is back in stock.

For items marked as "Coming Soon" or "Expected to Ship By," these products are on order and expected to be available by the listed date. Orders containing these items will ship once the product is back in stock.

International Shipping Policy

Customs Declaration

For all international orders, a customs form will be affixed to your package. This is required by international law, and we cannot alter this information.

Responsibility for Import Laws

It is your responsibility to verify that the products you are ordering can be legally shipped to your country. If your package is seized by customs, you will not be refunded unless the package is returned to us.

Duties and Taxes

Most shipments include duties and taxes as indicated at checkout. If these are not shown during checkout, you are responsible for covering any additional duties and taxes required by your country upon receipt of the package.

The laws are different in every country, and we cannot keep up with them all. The responsibility is yours to check with your country's Customs office to see if your country allows the shipment of products you ordered (or wish to order) to your country.

We will do our part and follow the exact directions in your order. We will ship the products that you pick to the address that you provide. We will give you the best service and ship it very quickly at the rates that we have agreed to on our site. If for whatever reason the package is seized by Customs Officials, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. Most orders make it through customs fine; however, most orders that are stopped are returned to us. If the package is returned to us by Customs Officials, you are still responsible for any shipping charges. You pay actual shipping charges based on the weight of the package and handling costs. Medium bottles are cheaper to ship than heavy nutrition bars and protein powders.
