• This is a low dose Multi which are hard to find due to everything now a days being Mega Dose. I can not take high conentrations of Vitamin A, which normally is 5000IU, this is only 3000IU which I can live with. and with my other supplimetns ,this is perfect for me, along with low cost and shipping right to my door, what more can you ask for.
