How to Take Innovative Labs Wicked Pre Workout:
On Training Days:
Take 1 Heaping Scoop of Innovative Labs Wicked Pre Workout to access personal tolerance. Once tolerance has been assessed, users may increase dosage to 2 scoops of Wicked Pre Workout in 6-8 oz (depending on taste preference) of ice Cold Water. Do not take with food.
On Non-Training Days:
Take 1 Scoop of Innovative Labs Wicked Pre Workout in the morning to help maintain increased Nitric Oxide, ATP and Energy levels while assist in reducing Body Fat and Fatigue.*

The DMHA hits on this oneAfter trying Wicked I'd say I've completed the Hi-tech line of DMHA preworkouts other than Ultimate Orange and the BPI sports one. I think this one gives the hardest experience in terms of DMHA compared to the rest, comparable to Mesomorph. Very solid pumps especially when stacked with a pump complex. The DMHA lasts a bit longer like mesomorph so I've had some trouble near bedtime when taking this around 3 pm or after but sleep aids also help. Also noticed in the few times I've taken this my sinuses and any slight congestion I had completely clears out, where I'm blowing my nose a few times in the gym from it slightly running lol Favorites in order: 1. Wicked - DMHA really hits on this and solid pumps 2. Mesomorph - DMHA hits hard and also solid pumps 3. Krand3d - The DMHA kinda feels in the background but this gives a mean and aggressive workouts with rock solid pumps. Never had an fatigue on this one and it's a real sleeper 4. Jack3d - DMHA feels a bit different than the others on this and I really like it, I take this when trying to burn fat due to the yohimbine. There's no pump ingredients in this so it makes it perfect to completely stack with a full pump complex All 4 of them are all so solid in their own different way, it's hard to pick one so I've got them all going in rotation.

topnão senti muita força igual o psychotic, mas da muito pump e resistência o musculo fica bem inchado....gostei I didn't feel much strength like psychotic, but with a lot of pump and resistance, the muscle is very swollen....I liked it
