Selena: Better than I thought!

I don't have joint pain or anything like that, but I purchased this product to keep my hair, nails and skin healthy. So far my nails are stronger and longer, and my hair looks and feels amazing! One thing about me is that I get really bad migraines about 2-3 times a week and they can get real bad. Since I have started to take this product I have not had a migraine for 3 weeks! This product is the only thing I have done differently in my daily diet, so I'm assuming that is what is helping me! I will continue to take the product, I have not had any adverse effects and I feel amazing!

I have been using this product for a few years now, so I have a few tips for those considering it. I take this product for my neck. If I stop taking it for 5-7 days, my neck pain comes back to the point of unbearable pain and immobility. I have 2 discs in my neck that are compressed, so there is no other product that helps with the pain. If you are a person on the smaller size, you should not need the recommended dosage of 6. I can take 3-4 as a maintenance dose and that still works for me. You can take 2 or 3 in the am and pm. I'm 50, and people tell me I look 5-10 years younger than I am.
